Right of Withdrawal
Returns are not accepted unless expressly authorized by Animus S.r.l. through a dedicated procedure. In any case, returns will not be accepted if the returned products are not accompanied by a duly completed "Return/Replacement/Repair Authorization" form and if the products are not perfectly intact and accompanied by their undamaged original packaging.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- Within 15 days from the date the Customer communicated their decision to partially or fully return the purchased products, the Customer must: (1) Ship the Products to the Seller, properly packaged:
- a) By delivering the Products to the courier freight prepaid, with the amount charged on the invoice.
It is also specified that, in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer shall bear all costs for returning the Returned Products to the Seller (including any customs duties, if applicable). - Products purchased under the same Order may be returned at different times, provided they are returned within 15 days from the date the Customer communicated their decision to withdraw from the Contract.
- Returned products (hereinafter referred to as “Returned Products”) must be returned in their entirety; it is not possible to return only parts or components of the products.
- Returned Products must not have been used.
- Returned Products must be returned in their original condition as shipped, complete with all accessories and labels.
In exercising the right of withdrawal, the Seller will refund the Customer all payments made for the purchase of the Returned Products, with the exception of the following costs, which, if applicable, will be borne by the Customer:
- Additional shipping costs (initially paid by the Customer at the time of purchase) if the Customer selected a courier and/or delivery method other than the standard delivery method provided by the Seller. These additional costs will be refunded only in cases of product damage caused during transportation, shipping errors by the Seller, or recognition of defective products.
- Any ancillary costs associated with the order.
Shipping costs incurred if the Customer chooses to return the products using a courier or delivery method other than that provided by the Seller. - Shipping costs incurred if the Customer chooses to return products from the same order in separate shipments. In this case, only the first shipment will be free (provided it is carried out using the method and courier designated by the Seller). The cost and organization of any subsequent shipments will remain the responsibility of the Customer.
After submitting a withdrawal request in the manner provided, the Customer will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the return request ("Return Confirmation"). Upon verification by the Seller that all conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal have been met, the Customer will receive an approval email for the return. The Seller will refund the Customer the amounts paid for the purchase of the Returned Products within 15 days from the date the Seller was informed of the decision to withdraw, provided the Seller has already received the returned goods. Until then, the refund may be withheld. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised without complying with the conditions outlined in Section 7, the Customer will not be entitled to any refund. Within 10 days of receiving an email informing them of the rejection of the return and the reasons for it, the Customer may, at their own expense, request the return of the Returned Products by replying to the email. If no request is made, the Seller will retain the Returned Products and the amounts already paid for their purchase.
The right of withdrawal is excluded for customized products and/or items specially made for the Customer.
