ORDERS & SHIPPING SERVICES
Each shipment includes:
- The products ordered and any complimentary items;
- Any accompanying documentation required by the destination country;
- Informational and marketing materials, if applicable.
The purchase invoice for the Order is issued at the time the goods are handed over to the courier and is provided to the Customer together with the order.
The products will be delivered by the courier designated by the Seller. Additional information regarding shipping costs, delivery times, and methods can be found at any time in the "Shipping" section of the Website.
Delivery of the products may occur in the following manner:
- Delivery to the address specified by the Customer.
Failure to collect the products within a timeframe that prevents the courier from returning the unclaimed goods to the Seller's warehouse, or the inability to receive the products at the address provided by the Customer, will result in the cancellation of the Order. Any credit due to the Customer will not be refunded in monetary form but will instead be retained as credit for future orders.
Upon receipt of the products, the Customer is required to verify the integrity of the packaging and check for any immediately evident damage (e.g., wet or damaged packaging). In the event of any anomalies, the Customer must promptly report them by requesting the courier to document the issue and by signing for the goods with a "RESERVATION." Failure to do so will forfeit the Customer's right to claim any related issues.
