RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For personalized and Made to Order items, it is not possible to cancel or modify the order once it has been submitted. The sale of these products is considered final and does not allow for returns.

Gifts purchased on Christinacrawford.com can be returned. However, the refund can only be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Additional costs for Saturday Delivery are non-refundable.

Returns shipped to the warehouse via courier will be processed within 30 business days from the date they are received. You will receive a confirmation email once the return is successfully completed. Refunds will be credited back to the payment method used for the purchase. Additional costs for Saturday Delivery are non-refundable.

To exchange an item via courier:

  1. To exchange your item for the same product in a different size, follow the link in the order confirmation email or log in and go to "My Orders." For other types of exchanges, please contact us.
  2. Once the exchange request is approved, the prepaid shipping label will be sent to you via email.
  3. Place your item in its original packaging, including the cotton bag, all accessories, the instruction manual, tags, and the return label. Please ensure that your item is in the same condition as when it was originally purchased, and still enclosed in the protective packaging (if applicable).
  4. Print and attach the prepaid shipping label to the package and arrange for a pick-up by contacting the courier directly at the number provided in the return request email or on the return confirmation page displayed at the end of the online return process. You can also arrange for the pick-up by visiting "MyCorriere+" at this link [Corriere] or using the mobile app "Corriere Express." First, select the country where your order will be picked up, then choose the "Request Pick-up" tab using the tracking number on the return label.
  5. All returns shipped using the prepaid shipping label are free of charge. Please note that Christina Crawford is not responsible for items returned via alternative courier services, and we recommend using the prepaid label. If you do not receive or cannot find the prepaid shipping label for any reason, please contact us at this link.
  6. The courier tracking number can be found on the prepaid shipping label. You can use it to track your return through "MyCorriere+" at this link [Corriere] or using the "Corriere Express" mobile app.
  7. Once received at the warehouse, exchanged items will be processed within 14 business days and refunded to the original payment method. Please note that if the item you returned does not meet the terms of our return policy, it will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
  8. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed. Please remember that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that online exchanges are only available if you wish to change the size of your item. For other exchange types, please contact us for assistance.

For orders placed via PayPal, exchanges can only be processed for products of equal or lesser value. If you are exchanging for a lower-priced item, a partial refund will be credited to your PayPal account.

For exchanges of lower-value items purchased via bank transfer, you will receive a refund for the price difference. For exchanges of higher-value items than the original purchase price, Christina Crawford will require payment of the price difference via credit card.

Returns can be made within 15 days from the delivery date by returning your item via courier to the address on the return label or to a Christina Crawford store listed at this link.
Returned items must meet the following conditions in order for a refund to be issued:

  • All items (including Christina Crawford Beauty products) must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached. Worn, used, altered, or damaged merchandise will not be accepted. For lingerie items, the protective seal (if applicable) must be fully intact.
  • Sales of Made to Order and personalized items are final and therefore cannot be returned.
  • The return of swimwear, tights, socks, and lingerie is only possible if the items are returned in the same condition as when they were delivered. They must not have been worn, should be in their original packaging, and with intact labels.
  • Home Décor items, such as chairs or non-standard-sized items, may require specific return instructions. If you wish to return one of these items, please contact us.
  • Items purchased at a Christina Crawford store, Christina Crawford outlet store, or from other retailers or distributors cannot be returned on Christinacrawford.com. These items can be returned through the same channel where the original purchase was made.

Returns and exchanges can be made within 15 days from the delivery date by returning your item via courier to the address on the return label or to one of the Christina Crawford stores listed at this link.

  1. Place your item inside the CHRISTINA CRAWFORD packaging, ensuring that any boxes, protective bags, or brand cases are included.
  2. Attach your return label to the outside of the CHRISTINA CRAWFORD packaging.
  3. If you received a return note with your order, attach it to the outside of your package.

Ask the courier to scan the package at the time of delivery to ensure the package is tracked.

  • The courier tracking number is on the prepaid shipping label. You can use it to track your returns by checking at this link.
  • If you don’t receive the shipping label or can’t download it from your MY CHRISTINA CRAWFORD account, please contact us.
  • Christina Crawford is not responsible for returns made using alternative courier services.

Visit the website at the following link and select the country from which you are making the return.

Drop off your return at a nearby delivery point at no additional cost.

You will receive the number via email along with the shipping label, which can also be found on the thank you page displayed after completing your online return request.

  1. Print the prepaid shipping label that will be sent to you via email and can be downloaded from your MY CHRISTINA CRAWFORD account.
  2. Remove the original shipping label and attach the new label.
  3. Arrange for pickup by contacting the courier either by phone or online.

There are two ways to request a return:

  • 1. Go to the Dedicated Page:
  • Visit the Order Details section in your MY CHRISTINA CRAWFORD account and select "Return Item." This option will be available once the item has been delivered and will remain available for 15 days.

Before starting, make sure to pack your item in its original packaging, including the cotton bag, all accessories, instruction booklets, tags, and return label.

You can return an item via courier or in-store.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Christinacrawford.com offers a wide range of products across various categories: bags, accessories, shoes, jewelry, décor, makeup, and ready-to-wear. You can purchase runway looks or explore our special collections.
Each product will indicate one of the following availability statuses: Available, Available in 1-3 weeks, Pre-Order, Made to Order.
Products immediately available for purchase will be shipped within the following delivery times:
The Saturday Delivery option is available at checkout only for selected postal codes with an additional cost.
If a product is marked as Available in 1-3 weeks, it can be purchased immediately but will not be shipped until 1-3 weeks. Please refer to the estimated delivery date shown on the product page and at checkout.
If a product is marked as Pre-Order, it is not immediately available for purchase and is still in production. However, you can pre-order it and receive it once it becomes available. Please refer to the estimated delivery date shown on the product page and at checkout.
Made to Order products are exclusively custom-made after the order is placed. Once the order is placed, Christina Crawford Customer Service will contact you to confirm your details and proceed with the payment. Please refer to the estimated delivery date shown on the product page and at checkout.

Our bags are crafted from selected leathers and undergo traditional artisan techniques. To ensure their longevity, we recommend gently cleaning the bag with a soft, dry cloth. Store the bag in its original dust bag in a cool, dry place away from heat or moisture.

We advise against using commercial products or relying on unauthorized repairs, as they may damage the bag. For any specific maintenance needs, please contact us.

The interior lining, whether fabric or leather, is an essential part of your bag and requires special care. We recommend handling the bag with care, ensuring that any liquids or potential stains are well-contained. Avoid carrying loose items that could damage or soil the lining.

We do not recommend using cleaning products or third-party services.

We offer the possibility to pre-order selected products before their official release or availability. This allows you to secure the items in advance and receive them by the estimated delivery date shown on the product page.

If your order includes both pre-order items and products available for immediate shipment, your order will be shipped in multiple deliveries. Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Please note that payment for pre-order products will be processed when you receive the confirmation email, even though the items may not be ready for immediate shipment. Charges will be applied upon the pre-order confirmation via email.

You will receive a tracking number via email for each shipment, allowing you to track your order's status on the courier's website.

When placing an order, the billing address must match the information linked to your payment method. If the payment is declined, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance.

Currently, we accept only one payment method per order.

For Made to Order items, the full amount must be paid at the time of ordering. Once we receive your order, Christina Crawford Customer Service will contact you.

All prices include VAT. At this time, we are unable to provide tax refunds for purchases made on Christinacrawford.com, including orders made via iPads at our Christina Crawford stores.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that your order can be modified once submitted. Orders in processing cannot be canceled or modified. You may return the item following the terms of our Online Return Policy.

For Made to Order items, cancellation or modification is not possible once the order has been placed. The sale of these items is considered final and does not allow for returns.

If you received an email from us informing you that your order has been canceled, please place a new order online or contact us.

By selecting "Klarna" at checkout, you have the option to buy now and pay later for your purchases using the following options:

  • Pay in 3 installments: This option allows you to divide the payment into three easy installments, spreading the cost of your purchase over time without interest or fees. Simply enter your credit or debit card details, and the payment will be automatically collected every 30 days. The first installment will be charged at order confirmation, while the second and third installments will be deducted 30 and 60 days later, respectively. Klarna payment can be used for immediate payments for orders up to €4000

If you return one or more items from your order, Klarna will send you a statement with the updated balance once the store has processed your return request. Follow the return instructions from Christina Crawford and keep the return tracking number safe, which will be provided in the confirmation email or visible once you log in to your MY CHRISTINA CRAWFORD account. Log into your Klarna account and select "Register return" to pause the payment. Once the return is registered, Klarna will send you the updated and corrected invoice.

If the details on the invoice do not match your order details, please contact us so we can make the necessary correction. To pause the payment, log into your Klarna account and select "Report a problem."

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

For all items immediately available for purchase (for other availability, see here), you can choose from the following shipping options:

The estimated delivery time is calculated from when your order is shipped, not from when it is placed.

  • Complimentary Express - All of Europe: 2-3 working days.
  • Express Standard - All of Europe: 1-2 working days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been handed over to the courier. Christina Crawford is not responsible for any unforeseen delays beyond our control.

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Italy (January 1 and 6, Easter Monday, April 25, May 1, June 2, August 15, November 1, and December 8, 25, and 26).

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The Saturday delivery option is available for selected postal codes and incurs an additional charge. A signature from an adult will be required at the time of delivery.

All pre-order and Made to Order products will be shipped by the estimated date indicated on the product description page. These items will be shipped via Express shipping as soon as they become available.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track its status through the courier.

For security reasons, a signature from an adult is required at the time of delivery. If you will not be available to sign, please contact us.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

If you need to change the shipping or delivery information after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Shipping details, including the delivery address, cannot be changed if the order has already been shipped.

At this time, we can ship to only one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
